Revisions and remedies
What happens when an output is not right, and what costs units.
This article describes how Tunni is designed to work. Commercial terms are pending legal review; the approved Terms and Refund policy will take precedence.
Not every generation is right the first time. Tunni is designed to find problems, fix only what is affected, and tell you plainly about anything that is still unresolved.
Repairs we make
When a quality check flags a scene — a product mismatch, a continuity drift, a caption timing issue — the repair targets that scene. The rest of your approved reel is left untouched.
When it is on us
If a delivered output does not match what you approved (the approved script, the locked creator, the approved storyboard) and the issue is ours, we put it right without charging further units. Where a fix is not possible, a remedy may be credited back as units. The exact remedy terms are still being finalised — see the draft refund policy.
When it is a new request
A change of direction after approval — a new hook, a different creator, another language, more generated footage — is a new creative version. It is quoted before work starts, so you always see the cost first.
What we do not offer
There are no unlimited revisions. We would rather be clear about that than make a promise we could not keep.
